L.A.B. TRAINING

We offer a range of services designed to elevate young basketball players to the next level the right way. Our individual workouts provide one-on-one sessions with our expert trainers, ensuring personalized development. In our small group workouts, players refine their skills while challenging each other in a supportive, competitive environment. Our shooting workouts focus on perfecting form, with specialized instruction and practice using the shooting gun. Additional services include Vertimax training, speed and agility workouts, strength training, and much more!

Individual Sessions

These workouts are designed to be highly detailed, focusing on refining a player’s strengths and addressing areas for improvement. Every player and parent has specific aspects of the game they want to enhance, and our individual workouts are where we zero in on those details. With undivided attention from our trainers, we ensure each player gets the focused guidance they need to reach the next level.

Group Sessions

Our Small Group Training offers an excellent opportunity for players to learn, improve, and compete with others at similar skill levels. With a maximum of four players per coach, each athlete receives the focused attention they need to grow. Training sessions include skill-building drills followed by competitive games, such as 1-on-1 and 2-on-2 matchups, ensuring a well-rounded development experience.
